Zubair Khan is a Senior Vice President in Hodges Ward Elliott’s Commercial Investment Advisory practice. He specializes in sales and equity advisory assignments across all property types and is focused on the team’s expansion across North America. Zubair joined the firm in 2021. Prior to HWE, Zubair spent more than 5 years at Eastdil Secured as a Vice President on the investment sales team in New York City and San Francisco. During his time at Eastdil Secured, Zubair was actively involved in sales, financing and recapitalization transactions in excess of $25 billion across multiple asset classes including office, retail, life sciences and multifamily. Prior to Eastdil, Zubair was an associate at BlackRock in New York City. Zubair graduated from The University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor’s of Arts with a Major in Economics and a Minor in Math.
