Zev Sonkin is a native New Yorker, and was born and raised on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Over the years, Zev developed a fascination for the city’s architecture and its retail atmosphere. He became interested in real estate from a young age, and got his real estate license while attending college. Zev entered the real estate industry in 2018. That summer he worked as a residential broker focused on apartment leasing at boutique firm Crosstown Apartments. Soon after, Zev decided to broaden his reach and explore commercial leasing. During the summer of 2019 he interned for Abrams Retail Strategies, where he focused on retail and office leasing. After graduating, Zev was hired full time to work as a commercial broker as part of the Abrams Retail Strategies team, and the rest is history! Zev spends much of his time exploring and analyzing different neighborhoods of NYC, to ensure he provides his clients with the best knowledge to make important decisions. Whether it be the Upper East Side, Soho, Williamsburg or the Hamptons, Zev has a strong understanding of the New York City and metropolitan area markets.
