Mr. Feder joined Meridian in 2004 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, construction, and hospitality. Over the course of his career, Mr. Feder has negotiated more than 700 loans totaling over $2.5 billion in volume for a myriad of property types across the United States. Notable financing transactions include a $73 million loan for an SRO property in the Herald Square neighborhood of New York, NY and an $11.5 million construction loan for Market Street Lofts in Passaic, NJ.
