Zachary Strauss is an Analyst at Arrow Real Estate Advisors, where he plays a key role in underwriting and executing debt and equity placements across a broad range of property types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality. Prior to joining Arrow, he gained hands-on experience at Kushner Companies, supporting the Acquisitions team, and at Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets group, where he worked on high-profile transactions in major U.S. markets. Zachary earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, where he was actively involved in the Michigan Real Estate Club and the Michigan Collegiate Investment Group.
