Zac is the co-head of the Multifamily Capital Markets Team in Berkadia’s Philadelphia office. During his 12+ years in the business, Zac has executed over $3 billion in transactions, specifically focused on the sale and recapitalization of investment properties on behalf of private and institutional groups. Zac’s background in both real estate and technology have allowed him to be on the forefront of advancements within the industry that have enabled him to maximize value for his real estate clients. Prior to joining Berkadia, Zac was responsible for opening and rapidly expanding the investment sales and debt team for HFF’s Philadelphia office. Before joining HFF, Zac led the top investment sales team in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office. Zac is well-known for his ability to implement rapid growth strategies, as well as being able to offer creative solutions to help investors meet their complex capital needs and maximize returns.
