About
Zach Wagner is an Associate in Gantry’s Upstate New York Office, where he provides support with debt originations. He is responsible for underwriting potential deals, conducting market research, preparing investment packages, and coordinating due diligence to help administer the closing process. Since joining Gantry in April 2022, Zach has assisted in the production of $150MM of real estate transactions with a variety of capital sources, including Gantry’s impressive roster of life insurance companies, agency lenders, banks, credit unions, and debt funds. Zach is a graduate of Canisius University, Wehle School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in finance. During his time at Canisius, Zach was a member of the DI ACHA hockey team and served as captain during his senior season. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and staying active with hockey, golf, and hiking.
