Zach Schwaner is a native Southern California resident and was born and raised in south Orange County. Zach attended San Diego State University where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
Zach began working with Lee & Associates in 2017, and works exclusively with partners Dale Camera and Jason Helmick. Zach specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial and flex properties throughout Orange County, with a primary focus in the greater John Wayne Airport Area.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Zach started his career in commercial real estate focusing on buyer and tenant representation in San Diego. Since starting at Lee & Associates, Zach has gained a depth of experience representing sellers, buyers, and landlords in owner-user transactions, investment sales, and landlord representation assignments, along with tenant expansion and relocation assignments.
