He continuously studies market and industry trends in order to maximize value for his client base. Zach leverages his extensive knowledge of the 1031 Exchange process to arrange tax deferred real estate trades. Zach has completed transactions throughout many Los Angeles submarkets ranging from the San Fernando Valley to some of West Los Angeles’s prime neighborhoods. Before joining Marcus and Millichap, Zach worked side by side with one of the most active multifamily and single family developers in Los Angeles as an analyst and acquisition advisor.
