Zach joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2017. Initially from Indiana, Zach moved to California to lead the West Coast expansion efforts with ALDI. Zach was paramount in the retailer’s launch into the Southern California market, as the company successfully opened 30 stores in approximately three months. Subsequently, Zach has played an integral role in assisting other retailers with their entry into Southern California and is intimately involved in their strategic planning, roll-outs, expansions, and site-evaluation processes. Zach specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation of national and boutique retailers from restaurants to fitness, soft goods to grocery, car washes to fast food. He advises clients in site selection and consultation throughout Southern California. Zach graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's in marketing and management. Zach works with the Big Brothers and spends his free time with friends and family. He enjoys an active lifestyle playing golf, basketball, or surfing.
