Zach is a Senior Managing Director and a Manufacture Housing Communities Leader in the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 20 years of experience in finance and investment advisory. He is primarily responsible for originating commercial real estate debt and equity placement transactions throughout the western United States. He’s also a registered representative of HFF Securities, L.P., an affiliate of HFF. Zach started at HFF in 2005. Prior to that, he was a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he specialized in asset management and investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
