Zac is a graduate from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. His academic experience includes extensive coursework in underwriting for investment and development, finance, and real estate sales. Additionally, Zac's team won first place in the 2020 Mulroy Real Estate Challenge, a national underwriting case competition that involved 28 highly reputable universities. Currently, Zac is part of JLL's office and life science investment advisory team, where he has been directly involved with over $300 million in closed transactions.
