Yuan grew up in a family of real estate professionals. She and her family have bought, developed, remodeled, and sold real estate since 1980s in Houston Texas, Shanghai China and Boston Massachusetts. June 2004, Yuan received her Ed.M. degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and decided to settle down in Boston because she fell in love with Boston’s rich culture, extensive history, and its architectural aesthetics. In 2009, Yuan officially started Yuan’s Team Realty offering advice on house investments and luxury home development.
Yuan has been active in the Greater Boston real estate market. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers, whether experienced investors or first-time buyers. Promoting healthier, cost effective and green practices in real estate are central goals in each of her transactions. Her personable and direct approach coupled with her attention to details help make the process as smooth as possible for her clients.
