Mr. Hadar joind Meridian in 2019 and currently serves as a Director in the company’s New York Midtown office. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation throughout New York City. Mr. Hadar has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Hadar was a Director at Kassin Sabbagh Realty, where he managed hospitality brand development. Prior to joining KSR, Mr. Hadar served as first sergeant in the IDF Golani Brigade. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hadar has negotiated more than 50,000 square feet in leases covering Midtown, Uptown, and the East and West Villages. Mr. Hadar is a cofounder of the Lev Echad Organization, which is focused on helping lone soldiers serving in the IDF.
