A specialist in real estate transactions with more than 18 years experience, Mr. Cho has closed approximately 14 million square feet of real estate and real estate development rights in New York and Washington, DC valued at nearly $7 billion. At L&L he focuses on executing acquisitions, debt financing and equity joint ventures. Previously a director of acquisitions with Tishman Speyer Properties, Mr. Cho received his BA from Queens College.
