Yarden Drimmer is an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield Brokerage Services group. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and has over 17 years of real estate and finance experience. During his career, Yarden has worked primarily with Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon, Prudential, and Disney, developing portfolio optimization strategies, financial analysis tools, and managing over two million square feet of real estate transactions. Yarden operates out of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York office, where he is responsible for business development, client management, strategic planning, transaction support and developing complex financial analysis tools for portfolio clients. In addition to enhancing overall account service level performance, Yarden is responsible for assisting with portfolio analysis and optimization for a number of clients including Wipro, Surgery Partners, Scholastic, IBI Group, New York State, Diebold and the General Services Administration (GSA). Yarden has overall account management responsibilities for Aflac, Wipro, IBI Group, Scholastic, Surgery Partners, and Vivere.
