Yair Tilson is a Director of Gryphon Real Estate Capital Partners, LLC, where his responsibilities include origination, structuring and underwriting. During his 10-year career, Mr. Tilson has had significant origination and debt placement experience most recently as SVP of Pancho Finance a boutique capital advisory firm working with clients on a nationwide basis. Mr. Tilson has participated in over $600 million of real estate financings and investments, including senior, mezzanine and preferred equity. Prior to that Mr. Tilson was a loan originator at Greystone, one of the largest US financial institution for Multifamily and Healthcare real estate and was an onsite manager for the Ramot group, one of the largest property management companies in Israel. Mr. Tilson holds a B. A. in Communications and an M.A. in International Business and Diplomacy from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya.
