Xavier Durana has worked extensively, since 2000, in the real estate, development and construction industries. Mr. Durana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, as well as a minor in Business Administration. Xavier is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate as well as a Certified Florida Licensed General Contractor. He was raised in Coral Gables and graduated from the International Baccalaureate Program at Coral Gables High School. Xavier also serves on the Coral Gables Historic Preservation Board, Coral Gables Tour of Kitchen Fundraiser for the Coral Gables Community Foundation and is a member of the Merrick Society.
