About
Alexander Green is an Associate in the Retail Leasing Division of Colliers International. Alexander joined the team in 2017 as a Research Analyst where he focused on canvassing, data entry, analysis and special projects. In 2020, Alexander transitioned to brokerage, focusing on owner and tenant representation in the Tri-State Region as well as national tenant representation. His team also concentrates in strategic planning, market analysis, tenant prospecting, site selection, lease structuring and negotiation, and space and property management. Alexander’s passion for real estate comes from two previous generations of family in the industry. He prides himself on using his background in the arts to aid in problem solving and creative dealmaking.
