About
Worthey Wiles started his real estate career at Trammell Crow Company more than four years ago and has been involved in both investment sales and project leasing. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Worthey spent four years as a financial advisor in the Private Client Services division of Lehman Brothers after receiving his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. His strong financial background allows him to understand the lease analysis and effectively communicate with the asset managers & owners he represents. In addition, Worthey uses his broker relationships to bring a proactive approach to the marketing and leasing of his landlord’s buildings. Mr. Wiles is currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of nearly 1.5 million square feet in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. His market concentrations are Uptown/Turtle Creek, Las Colinas, and the Central Business District.
