Winston Fox serves as an Asset Management Associate at Stonemont. Winston joined Stonemont in 2025 and focuses on assisting in the management of Stonemont’s industrial speculative development platform. Prior to joining Stonemont, Winston led the research function at Collier’s Savannah office where he gained extensive experience in market analysis and leasing strategy. He was responsible for gathering and analyzing data for all asset classes with a specific focus on Savannah’s industrial speculative developments. Winston graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Terry College of Business in 2021. Winston grew up in Atlanta, GA and currently resides there.
