Will has worked on over $800 million in commercial real estate transactions since starting in the CRE industry in 2017 in the following asset classes: Land, Hospitality, Office, Retail, Multi Family, Industrial, and Healthcare.
He is an analyst, researcher, and transaction manager who uses skills such as Financial Modeling and Valuation, Debt and Equity Underwriting, Contract Analysis, Contract Drafting and Negotiation, Data Analysis, Database Management, Legal Research, Economic Research, Mapping, and Legal and Business Writing in application during due diligence and other phases of CRE transactions.
In his current role as a member of the RCA team, Will is responsible for managing commercial real estate debt and equity transactions at all stages from underwriting to commitment, during due diligence, and ultimately, is responsible for ensuring that timely funding is executed.
