About
William Welder serves as Acquisitions Associate for Skywalker Property Partners where he contributes to all aspects of the real estate investment process. Further, he assists in several aspects of the asset management and dispositions processes. William is also the Founder & CEO of Welder Capital, LLC in Fort Worth, Texas. Welder Capital is William's entrepreneurial private investment firm. Over William's career he has gained invaluable insight and experience in real estate investment & PE, banking, IS brokerage, structured finance, and investment management. These experiences are the culmination of his work within the commercial real estate and finance industries in addition to his work with his family's multi-generational ranching, oil & gas, and investment enterprises in Texas' Coastal Bend region. William graduated from the University of Oklahoma with degrees in business administration and finance. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Botanical Research Institute of Texas and the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. William lives in Fort Worth with his wife and two daughters and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.
