William "Billy" Paladino graduated with a Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of St. Bonaventure in 1993. He has been involved with the family business since he was 17 years old, starting part time in construction and maintenance while still in school. He now has more than 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, commercial development and leasing, and construction management. Billy focuses on the acquisition, planning, coordination, and development of Ellicott Development owned or managed office, retail and hospitality properties. He is responsible for overseeing all new development. He serves on the Board of Trocaire College.
