William Landman is a co-founding and controlling member of Merion Realty Partners and directs all investment, capital raising, management and strategic initiatives of the organization. In addition, he is a co-founding and controlling member of MainLine Investment Partners, LLC. Comprised of a family of businesses, MainLine Investment Partners is involved in the control, operation and/or ownership of the firm, MainLine Private Wealth, LLC, MainLine Investment Advisers, LLC and MainLine Securities LLC. Mr. Landman was a principal and Senior Managing Director of CMS Companies for over 30 years (1987), and during this period was responsible for the investment strategy of over $2 billion in private equity and real estate capital.
