About
Mr. Etheridge has several years of experience in the fields of commercial lending, luxury retail, and real estate. He began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank, subsequently working as an analyst in the Chase Middle Market Banking Group. He is a former Associate Investment Officer for the Business Investments Group at the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone “UMEZ”, where he managed the Restaurant Initiative; a $3 million investment fund created to provide low interest financing as well as marketing and technical support to restaurants located in Upper Manhattan.
Before joining Douglas Elliman Mr. Etheridge was the Director of Leased Operations at Saks Fifth Avenue. There he secured license agreements and managed operations for “shop-in-shops” within Saks locations throughout the country. “Industries represented by this portfolio included Spas and Beauty Salons, Restaurants, Fine Jewelry, as well as Fur, Handbags and Accessories vendors.” In these capacities, Mr. Etheridge has proven to be an adept facilitator at building strategic business relationships.
