Bill has been an integral part of CBIZ Gibraltar since the company’s inception in 1998. As Senior Vice President, his focus is in exclusively representing clients in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, as well as with servicing national accounts. Bill’s experience involves all aspects of tenant advisory services including strategic planning, lease restructuring, lease negotiation, site selection, acquisitions, benchmarking, and facility disposition. Bill has represented clients in structuring complex real estate transactions for major public corporations, not-for-profit organizations, service firms, privately-held companies, R&D companies and government entities in all major markets throughout the United States. Prior to CBIZ Gibraltar, Bill was a Senior Associate at the Trammell Crow Company.
