William joined RM Friedland in 2016 as its Managing Director of the Industrial Division. A Career Broker William started in 1973 focusing on the Industrial/Technology sector and the sales of Investment properties. With over 40 years of experience he provides strategic and implementation services for clients developing, negotiating and executing real estate transactions. He has performed transactions throughout the suburban New York marketplace concluding over 40 million square feet of deals during his career. Prior to joining RM Friedland, William was founder and owner of his own highly respected boutique firm, Anson Properties LTD. His firm provided services for both national and international firms as well as many private, family owned companies.
