Will began his commercial real estate career in 1994 in Baltimore and was named Baltimore Sun industry “Rookie of the Year”. With his 30 years of experience, Will brings to Gold and Company an extensive background in buyer, seller, landlord and tenant representation for all property types. Will was one of the founding members of Chesapeake Real Estate Group in 2004, now one of the largest Baltimore area industrial real estate developers. He also spent 12 years as a leasing agent for Baltimore based St. John Properties, where he handled the leasing and management of over 2 million square feet of flex, retail, office, and industrial properties. Will has completed transactions with Johns Hopkins, Northrop Grumman, Coca Cola, GSA, and Prudential Real Estate Investors. A lifelong Marylander, Will graduated from Towson University and holds both the SIOR and CCIM designations. Will and his wife Natalie have three children, including a state champion wrestler from River Hill High School, where Will has also been the announcer for the football games for over 8 years.
