Wilfredo moved to Boston in 2013 to attend Northeastern University, where he held Co-op positions at Boston Consulting Group and Liberty Mutual Insurance and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics. In 2014, he also completed an internship at a commercial real estate firm in Puerto Rico, where he's originally from. It was there that he first learned of the powerful advantages that come with owning real estate. This new-found knowledge drove him to join the Real Estate Club at Northeastern and become a licensed agent. Wil first joined a multi-office brokerage focused on residential leasing in 2015. Since then, he successfully placed hundreds of clients in rental properties throughout Greater Boston.
