Wick is a Senior Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of experience in real estate. He is primarily responsible for multi-housing investment advisory transactions throughout the Midwest United States.
Wick started at HFF in May 2008 and has transacted more than $2.5 billion of multi-housing transactions to date. Before that, he was a senior portfolio analyst at Merrill Lynch Capital – Real Estate Finance, where he managed a $900 million loan portfolio. Wick began his career at Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services as an Underwriter for small business loans.
