Whittaker Potts is a transaction manager for Newmark Knight Frank’s Central States office in Kansas City, Missouri. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the transaction process including market research, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation and client relations. Mr. Potts joined the firm in 2015 as a financial analyst specializing in the underwriting of multihousing investments.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Potts worked as an independent contractor for several of the largest oil and gas companies around the nation, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Potts graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies. He currently holds a real estate license in both Kansas and Missouri.
