Whitnee Williams joined Cushman & Wakefield’s (formerly DTZ) Brokerage Services Group in February 2012. In her current role, Ms. Williams provides real estate solutions crafted for her clients’ needs. She has a strong understanding of individual clients’ goals and uncovers strategic opportunities for cost-effective solutions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Whitnee was a Transaction Specialist in Global Corporate Services for CBRE, where she was responsible for managing over 9 million square feet of transactions for multiple corporate clients including Arrow Electronics, Medco Health Solutions, WPP and Fidelity. As a Transaction Specialist, Whitnee was responsible for working with her corporate clients to reduce corporate real estate costs and optimize real estate efficiencies through strategic analysis and portfolio optimization. Whitnee began her career in real estate through CBRE’s Wheel Program, an 18-month rotational program, where she worked on significant projects in Project Management, Asset Services and Investment Properties.
