Whit Kelly is active in office agency leasing in Fort Worth, directly responsible for more than 1.3 million square feet. Whit has been active in the commercial real estate industry for more than 35 years. Prior to joining Transwestern, he was Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he provided oversight of the firm’s Fort Worth agency leasing business. He was directly responsible for the leasing efforts for more than one million square feet of space, and supported clients throughout the market with a complete range of leasing services. Before JLL, Whit served as partner, operations manager and head of investor relations at Vintage Capital Partners, a private real estate equity firm. He also served as vice president of leasing for Crescent Real Estate Equities, with responsibilities including the leasing and oversight of more than five million square feet of office space in Arizona, California, Georgia, New Mexico, Texas and Washington DC.
