Whit R. Heitman is a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Chicago Advisory & Transaction Services group. Whit along with Sam Badger, Jared Paff, and Johnny Connors specialize in the sale and leasing of commercial/industrial property in the Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin Industrial real estate markets. Whit has been involved in over $850 million of commercial/industrial real estate transactions over a 20-year career. Whit is annually a top producer, and has been awarded the prestigious "Frank Mahoney Award" by the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) for most dollars completed. Whit came to the commercial real estate business from IBM where he served in Chicago for seven years as a "Large Account Marketing Specialist" working primarily with Fortune 500 companies.
