Westley Klockner is a Senior Associate with the National Multi Housing Group of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. He joined the firm in May of 2014 after graduating from Villanova University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Westley had the opportunity to work with various corporations including Merrill Lynch, Sotheby's International Realty, and McNeil Consumer Pharmaceuticals - a Johnson & Johnson company. These experiences created a client-focused approach, which serves as a foundation for his current business model of meeting and exceeding the investment goals of the team's clients.Throughout his first five years with Marcus & Millichap, Westley has closed over $650 million in real estate transactions. He also won the firm's Pace Setter Award in 2015. Westley brings energy and a dedication to developing long term relationships to the Nolletti Group of Marcus & Millichap.Westley currently resides in Norwalk, Connecticut. When he is not working, he enjoys boating, exercising, and spending time outdoors.
