During the last three years, Mr. Harris has completed lease transactions in the Birmingham market totaling over 850,000 square feet with an aggregate value of over $110 million in revenue. In 2004, Mr. Harris was recognized as Birmingham’s “Top Producer, Sales and Leasing” by the Commercial Million Dollar Sales Achievement Club. In 2005, West was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal as “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate” highlighting leaders in the Commercial Real Estate industry and in 2007 was further recognized as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” community business leaders in Birmingham.
Before becoming a partner of Harris Tynes Realty Group, Inc., Mr. Harris served as Vice President of Taylor & Mathis, operating its marketing and leasing division in Alabama, with oversight of management responsibilities.
