Wes Hunnicutt joined Stream in July 2023 as an Executive Vice President in Southern California. He is responsible for industrial tenant representation, transaction management, and new client and business pursuits across the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire markets. His extensive industrial experience and in-depth Southern California market knowledge enable him to create detailed strategies to execute solutions that exceed his clients’ economic and operational objectives. Wes previously worked at Newmark, where he was a Senior Managing Director specializing in the acquisition and disposition of industrial space. He started his commercial real estate career at Corporate Realty Advisors before joining Lee & Associates as a Senior Vice President. He was a Principal at Cresa in Orange County prior to joining Newmark.
