Wendy Nanasi seamlessly transitioned into residential sales in 2013, bringing 15 years of experience as a professional photographer working with clients as diverse as Citigroup, Tiffany and Co. and Lincoln Center. Wendy has always been valued for her honesty, professionalism and integrity. She is a creative problem solver with a trained aesthetic vision.
Wendy provides her sellers with the marketing power required to achieve the highest prices possible. She is perceptive, tenacious and tireless in seeking value for her buyers. Wendy is particularly patient and understanding of the unique needs of those entering the market for the first time.
Originally from Detroit, Wendy has lived in NYC for more than 20 years and cannot imagine living anywhere else. She has lived in Chelsea and Clinton and currently resides on the Upper West Side with her husband and two young daughters (who regularly put her negotiation skills to the test!) Wendy recently became accredited as a Certified Negotiation Expert. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and serves on the board of her co-op.
