About
Walt joined Cushman & Wakefield after graduating from Santa Clara University where he received a bachelor's degree in finance. During his career, Walt has represented high growth tech companies, publicly traded companies, and institutional investors to determine and implement a real estate strategy through the complex acquisition and disposition process. Through his experience, worth ethic, and professionalism, he has become a trusted advisor for tenants and landlords here in Silicon Valley and globally.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Walt worked as a Business Analyst with Venture Choice in the Silicon Valley. There he worked alongside senior management and was a conduit between start-up companies and venture capital firms. He started in commercial real estate by managing a family owned portfolio of retail and office properties in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Since coming to Cushman & Wakefield, Walt has brokered over $585,000,000 worth of transactions, spanning over 4,400,000 square feet.
