Waite has worked in Real Estate his entire life. Waite spent his first ten years managing a small portfolio of residential and commercial buildings in all five Boroughs of New York City. Waite was then hired by the FDIC and Resolution Trust Corporation to dispose of assets held after the Financial Crisis. It was there that Waite saw the abuses that tenant received from building owners as well as brokers claiming to represent the tenants. Waite has exclusively represented tenant for over 20 years, first with Vicus Partners and then Schlesinger and Company. Waite joined Cresa Partners to continue his passion for helping tenants save money and time. Waite was attracted to Cresa’s moral principles and breadth of knowledge in dealing with tenant issues.
