Vivek Jagadish brings fifteen years of commercial real estate experience, in the form of originating, structuring, underwriting, and modeling both transitional and stabilized loans for all asset types, including multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, mobile home park, ground leases amongst others. Throughout his career, Vivek has closed over $3 billion in commercial loans. Between 2015-2022, Vivek was a director and originator for Deutsche Bank (DB), where he directly oversaw over $2.5+ billion in loan origination and underwriting during this period. Prior to DB, Vivek was an assistant vice president in the CMBS originations group for The Bancorp Bank.
