About
Vincent Scott joined CBRE in June 2006 starting in the research department. In 2008, he joined the team of Jeff Houston and Mike Benevento focusing on institutional landlord and tenant representation. Vincent specializes in the repositioning, redevelopment and leasing of Silicon Valley properties as well as advising local and national high tech tenants. A native of Silicon Valley, Vincent earned his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Davis. While attending school, he majored in Economics and minored in Political Science. During his rookie year of 2009, Vincent assisted in the completion of 23 transactions totaling over 536,960 square feet. Over his career Vincent has completed over 10M RSF of lease and sale transactions. In his free time Vincent enjoys spending time with his daughter.
