Vincent Lopez is a Managing Principal at Knickerbocker Realty Group. Vincent has been specializing in commercial real estate for over 19 years. He started his brokering career in 2002 at Brooklyn’s oldest commercial real estate firm, Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates. Prior to commercial real estate Vincent worked in consulting for Accenture and on Wall Street as an equity trader for a hedge fund and as a futures trader in the American Stock Exchange. Vincent specializes in sales and leasing of commercial properties in Brooklyn and Queens. He focuses primarily on warehouses, development sites and retail. Vincent has sold over 80 properties in excess of $350 million dollars. In addition to his sales, Vincent has completed over 300 lease transactions with a gross rental value worth over $450 million dollars. Vincent graduated from Union College in 1997 with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. He grew up locally in Sunnyside, Queens and currently lives in Jamaica Estates. He loves to travel and enjoys trips around the world with his wife and children. Vincent is an active real estate investor and loves soccer. He supports Manchester City Football Club.
