Vincent A. Giammalva, a native Houstonian, graduated from St. Thomas High School in 1980 and from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Vincent worked in commercial real estate with a national firm and then joined GPI in 1989. With over 33 years of experience, Vincent has been involved with over $300 million in land sales transactions. As both a real estate developer and broker, Vincent understands the risk associated with each transaction. He serves as General Partner in all real estate investments and takes an active role in the purchase, ownership, and disposition of each investment. A thorough due diligence assessment is performed for each prospective deal prior to any financial commitment. Vincent and his wife Sally are active in the Houston community and have two children.
