Vince Viverito, Senior Vice President, joined SLIB in 2018. He partners with Jason Punzel, Managing Director, & Matt Alley, Managing Director, on the sale of seniors housing assets in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Alaska and the greater Western US markets. Vince has represented REITs, Private Equity Firms, Regional Operators, and Individual Owners in the sale of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Active Adult/55+, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing and CCRCs.
Vince earned a degree in Business Management & Organizational Communications from University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He was a center fielder for the baseball team and a member of Gamma Pi- Lambda Pi Eta- Communications Honor Society.
Vince lives in the northern Chicago suburbs with his wife Jessica, their daughter Jessica, and their dog Griffey. He enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding in the mountain west, working on his golf game, keeping active at the gym, volunteering his time and is an avid traveler.
