Vince Norris serves as managing director of NorthMarq’s Los Angeles-based investment sales team serving the greater Los Angeles MSA. Vince specializes in private, sponsored and institutional capital clients, focusing on existing properties, portfolios and development sites, within all aspects of the multifamily space including market-rate, senior, and affordable properties. Norris and his team also bring strong experience with "off-market" transactions throughout all of Southern California. The team is strategically focused on integrating their existing client relationships into the NorthMarq mortgage banking family in order to offer a fully integrated client experience. Past Experience: Prior to joining NorthMarq, Norris served as managing director in the north Los Angeles office of Berkadia for 12 years. Prior to Berkadia he co-founded boutique investment firm Delson/Norris/Fisher which was known for its strength in the intuitional markets in Southern California.
