Victor Safenia specializes in commercial leasing throughout New York City, combining strong deal-sourcing instincts with a negotiation style that moves transactions forward quickly and efficiently. He is known for navigating complex deals and bringing clarity to every stage of the leasing process. He has represented a wide range of prominent landlords, including BFC Partners, Ashkenazy Acquisition, East Coast Acquisition, Red Apple Group, L&M Development Partners, Rabsky Group, and Klosed Properties. Beyond his deal activity, Victor works closely with newer agents, offering guidance, structure, and hands-on training to support their development and maintain a collaborative environment within the team. He holds a degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College. Outside of real estate, Victor enjoys playing pickleball and is an active fan of the New York Knicks and New York Yankees.
