Before co-founding DUSK Group, Uriel Setareh began his real estate career with immediate success in 2015 when he joined Stay Local NYC and obtained exclusive right to rent two high-end multifamily buildings, consequently closing a deal within his first week. Focusing on high-end rentals, Uriel proved his value to clients by exceeding their expectations and consistently delivering on his word. He transitioned from rentals to investment sales by joining the Darouvar Team at VCPRE in 2017, where he significantly impacted the organization and structure of the team, implementing high-quality client relationship management systems. He subsequently augmented the team by selecting, training and hiring an additional 11 agents, more than quadrupling its available talent. He was instrumental in securing numerous exclusive agreements, closing over a dozen sales, and additionally accepted a role as the COO of a prop-tech startup.
