Tyson started as a leasing agent at The Apartment Source under it's prior ownership in 2011. Working tirelessly to save enough commissions for his first re-development project in 2014, he has since supervised over 20 redevelopment projects for himself and on behalf of investors. Tyson has lived in the West Town neighborhoods for 11 years, swiftly becoming an expert in all things Logan Square, Wicker Park, Humboldt Park and Avondale. As a former leasing agent and present landlord himself, he understands both tenant and landlord needs first-hand.
