Tyler Woodard, Vice President, provides debt and equity to private and institutional multifamily investors. By leveraging NorthMarq’s direct Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD lending capabilities, as well as, Life Company, Bank, CMBS, and Private Equity relationships, the Team is able to effectively source and structure capital to maximize their client’s returns. Tyler and his team work with clients to provide customized financing and unparalleled customer service through a team approach.
Prior to joining NorthMarq, Tyler worked at JLL and Walker & Dunlop for a combined eight years. Although he has experience with all loan executions, his focus historically agency multifamily lending across the U.S. In his career he has structured and assisted in the financing of over $3.5 billion dollars of transactions.
Prior to working in commercial real estate, he earned a Business Management degree, Magna Cum Laude, and was also a captain on the Track at Field team at Cal. State Northridge while competing as a pole vaulter.
